Yes. We work with licensed U.S.-based 503A compounding pharmacies that produce sterile, physician-prescribed semaglutide and tirzepatide. These are not branded products (Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound®, Mounjaro® are registered trademarks of their respective manufacturers), but they are the same active molecules, prepared under a pharmacist's oversight and tailored to your prescribed dose. Compounded drug products are not reviewed for safety, effectiveness, or quality by the FDA.

Do I have to live in Mesa to be a patient? +
No. We offer in-office care for Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, and greater Phoenix patients. Everywhere else — inside Arizona or out of state — you can do your consults by HIPAA-compliant secure video, have medications shipped to you, and drop in at the nearest LabCorp or Sonora Quest for labs. If your treatment includes an in-office procedure (pellet insertion, certain aesthetic treatments), you're welcome to fly in for the day — many of our out-of-state patients do exactly that.
